JASPER manufactures screen-printed Ag/AgCl electrodes to customer-defined ink, substrate, contact geometry, cure and acceptance requirements.

Ag/AgCl is not a universal performance guarantee. JASPER prints and converts the approved construction; the customer validates electrochemical behavior, patient or sample contact, stability, intended use and regulatory evidence.

Specify the complete Ag/AgCl print system, not only the chemistry name

Printed silver/silver chloride performance depends on the exact ink, substrate, print geometry, dry or cure process, exposed area, interface chemistry and test method. Supplier review should connect each of those variables to a controlled document.

Ag/AgCl terminology describes a material system, not a finished-device approval or guaranteed measurement result.

Can JASPER screen print custom Ag/AgCl electrode patterns?

JASPER can review customer-defined Ag/AgCl electrode artwork and print stacks when the specified ink, substrate, process limits, conversion and acceptance criteria fit our capability.

Can Ag/AgCl be printed over a silver conductor?

A multi-layer design may use Ag/AgCl with a customer-approved base conductor. Layer order, overlap, cure compatibility and exposed geometry must be defined and validated for the exact application.

Does JASPER choose the Ag/AgCl formulation?

JASPER can support a documented manufacturability review, but the customer must approve the formulation, supplier, material evidence and device-level suitability. No substitution is assumed.

Can the electrode be made on flexible PET?

Flexible film substrates may be considered when their surface, dimensional stability and cure limits fit the approved ink system and conversion process. The exact film is a project input.

What tests prove an Ag/AgCl electrode is acceptable?

There is no universal production test for every use. The customer must define conditioning, interface, fixture, measurement, limits, sampling and how the result relates to finished-device validation.

Are the samples shown certified for patient contact or diagnostic use?

No. The photographs are representative printed electrode constructions and do not identify a particular ink chemistry or approved medical use. Claims require exact product evidence.

Can JASPER maintain ink lot traceability?

Material-lot records and project-defined production documentation can be included when specified in the quotation, quality plan and purchasing requirements.
