図面送付前に NDA が必要ですか？
フォームに「NDA」と記載いただければ、相互NDAテンプレートを当日中にお送りします。
初回返信を有用にするために送っていただきたい情報。
最初のメッセージが充実しているほど、確認の往復を2〜3回減らせます。初回情報が多いほど、追加確認ではなく実際の概算を早く返せます。
最初のメールに含めるとよい情報
- 製品タイプメンブレンスイッチ、キーパッド、グラフィックオーバーレイ、操作パネル、静電容量タッチパネル。
- 図面またはアートワークPDF、DXF、AI、CDR、または置き換え対象ユニットの写真。
- 使用環境屋内、屋外、水洗い、滅菌、IP65 または IP67 シール。
- 操作感とバックライトドーム荷重（通常150〜350 gf）、LED色、ライトガイド、またはEL。
- コネクタとテールFFC ピッチ (1.0 mm、1.25 mm、2.54 mm)、テール長、ZIF または非 ZIF。
- 数量試作数量と年間見込み数量。どちらも金型判断に影響します。
- 規格対応RoHS、REACH、UL 94 V-0、IPC-SM-840 Class T、または業界別試験。

Use the RFQ page when you have drawings, artwork, or a sample and want pricing. It asks the right structured questions so the first reply comes back as a real quotation, not a request for clarification.
Use this contact page for general enquiries, supplier review, NDA exchange, factory visits, or early-concept feedback before drawings exist.
どれくらい早く返信しますか？
Within 4 business hours during Monday–Friday, 8:00–18:00 GMT+8. Quote-ready replies (feasibility, lead time, price band) come back within one business day if drawings or artwork are attached.

CAD 図面の代わりに写真を送れますか？
Yes. Photos of the unit you’re replacing, plus a basic outline sketch with key dimensions, are enough for a feasibility review and a first price band. Most replacement-and-redesign projects start this way.
For final tooling we’ll need vector artwork (AI, PDF, DXF) and a dimensional drawing. We can also convert your photo into a working drawing as part of the DFM step.
ファイル確認前に NDA を締結できますか？
Yes. Mention “NDA” in your first message and we’ll send our mutual NDA template the same day, or sign yours within one business day if it’s reasonable in scope.
We routinely handle medical, defence-adjacent, and proprietary industrial designs under NDA.
発注前に工場を見学できますか？
Visitors are welcome with two business days’ notice so your project engineer and Hu Zhou are available. The 5,000 m² site has been at the same Humen address since 2006: screen-print floor, 2,500 m² Class 100,000 cleanroom, electrical test bench, and QC lab.
SZX Airport is about 35 minutes by car. Hong Kong is about 2 hours.

Both, in that order. General Manager Hu Zhou reviews the first message, then routes technical questions (material, IP67 sealing, dome force, IPC-SM-840 compliance) to the engineering team. You won’t be bounced through a Hong Kong sales relay.
