Our involvement starts before production. We review your drawing for manufacturability — checking adhesive compatibility with your enclosure material, tail bend radius limits, dome pocket tolerances, and overlay material suitability for the operating environment. Catching these issues at the design stage eliminates the most expensive kind of problem: one that passes sample approval but fails in the field.

Can JASPER support small prototype runs and production orders?
Yes. We run prototype quantities of 1–20 units for fit and function testing, then scale to production volumes from hundreds to 100K+ annually. Prototype samples typically ship within 10–15 business days after artwork approval.

Can you support export documentation?
Yes. Standard shipments include commercial invoice, packing list, and RoHS/REACH declarations. Project-specific material certifications, UL traceability records, and country-of-origin certificates are available on request.

Can you manufacture from existing samples?
Yes. Send the sample along with photos, dimensions, and a description of what needs to change. We reverse-engineer the layer structure and propose material and construction improvements.
