Adhesive depends on the enclosure, not only the switch
Adhesive should be selected after reviewing the enclosure material, surface energy, texture, temperature, mounting area, and cleaning exposure. The same membrane switch can need different adhesive choices for metal, smooth plastic, powder-coated surfaces, or curved housings.
